I requested tenant coverage for $10,000.00 for personal goods with $500.00 deductible. I got $7,500.00 with $1000.00 deductible. Not satisfied with that.

I had to cancel my tenant insurance and get added to my roommate’s tenant insurance. Ina Lee was amazing and great in helping me with this and I didn’t had to pay any cancellation fee, infact she got me a refund ($0.94, but still a refund😅).

Sakshi was amazing. She quickly replied to my email request that my Lawyer has requested from me. She understood what was required and got it done within few minutes. I am glad I was served by someone who knows what they are doing because sometimes you get transferred from one agent to another and with no solution.
