Very disappointed. Horrible customer service. Despite several e-mails, phone calls, etc. I haven't been able to find anyone who would help me with something as simple as adding someone to my insurance. I am not going to renew.

Have been with them for 5 year. Excellent customer service until I decided to switch since they don't offer auto insurance where things got messy until I spoke to Brienne Doyle who did an amazing job resolving it. Apollo has the best deals by far! Easy to update and stress free when needing to move! I accidentally misspelled my partners name and needed to update it, Brienne (hopefully I spelled your name right) assisted me today and they were very sweet and understanding and got the named changed no issue! Pooja resolved the issue that I was dealing with, she was quick with the information and helped me understand what I needed. Assisted me with the issue and we found a quick resolution. I cannot say that was the case for her coworkers I spoke to before in other occasions. I would not recommend Apollo as your insurance provider, but Pooja went above and beyond and they are lucky to have her.
