Apollo has great commercials but that’s where it ends. They really sell a great experience but it’s definitely just to get your business, because every they claimed was not the case in my brothers apartment fire that took place February 16th, 2024 submitted the claim February 19yh, 2024. He has yet to receive any benefits to date. Apollo/Maxwell/Walnut/Lloyd……why so many names Apollo? Is it so you can pass the buck confuse client so that you can try and avoid paying out the claim?? because your ads and the actual service you provide are quite different……I would not recommend you to anyone intact I will do my best to steer anyone I know and or care about away from doing business with you….i actually want the story of how my brother lost everything in a fire and your team “Professionals” did nothing but leave my brother with no home no belongings and for no reason other than they’re disgusting vile human beings and quite a frankly a complete scam…..GROSS AND OUR NEXT STEP IS TO GET A LAWYER AND SUE THE PANTS OFF YOUR TEAM IF UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL INSURANCE SCAM…..his name is Robert Vincent and he’s reached out to Neil McLeod with no response unless regarding payment bounced and Andre from Maxwell seems to not have much compassion regarding the fact his entire was set on fire and currently has no place to live and I know this because he has to sleep on my couch and I have had to do my best to find him clothes to wear even though he purchased insurance so he wouldn’t have to be a burden on anyone else. I am disgusted with your company and think it’s a complete FARCE!!!

Im a personal believer that tenant insurance is never a good deal, but these guys really do make everything simple!!! The quote was quick and painless. They really did turn something “complicated” and have a no “horsing around” kind of system, and it is fantastic, i was insured (after-hours btw) in less than 5 minutes Other insurance companies should be embarrassed with how easy this was.
