My policy was to start April 1st, I made the first payment and setup the day I wanted my payment to come out on and they took that in March, when policy hasn't started yet. Apparently your policy and payments are separate. Even though I don't live at the address yet, I still have to pay for insurance when I move in April 1st. This doesn't seem right. I have talked with other insurance companies and they also say this isn't right. Other then my first payment nothing should come out of my account until my policy start, which would have been April 1st. What your company is doing is wrong and taking advantage of people. I canceled my policy and will make sure anyone I know who needs insurance doesn't go with your company

I want to share my experience because it was extremely frustrating. I had my credit card properly set up for automatic payments, yet this insurance company never made a proper attempt to charge it. What’s worse is that they had successfully charged my card twice before, which clearly proves there was nothing wrong with my payment method. To be sure, I contacted my bank, and they confirmed there were no issues at all with my credit card—no blocks, no declined transactions. The problem was entirely on the insurance company’s side and their payment system. While I was on vacation, they only sent two emails and a letter warning about cancellation. There was no real effort to resolve the issue, no proper follow-up, and no genuine attempt to process the payment again. When I returned, I found out my policy had been cancelled, and to make things worse, I was charged a $92 cancellation fee after 21 days. This is completely unacceptable considering the issue was caused by their own system. I also spoke with a supervisor named Celine, and there was absolutely no intention to help or find a solution. The lack of support and accountability was shocking. This is by far the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to anyone.
