I was a customer with Apollo Insurance for about a year and initially had a good experience with them. The process of getting my home insurance was straightforward, and everything worked fine during that time. When my policy was about to renew, I decided to extend my insurance with them for another year. However, shortly after that I had to move to a new apartment and needed to update my policy. Unfortunately, the quote they provided for the new place was extremely expensive because the liability coverage requirement was much higher. Since the new quote didn’t make sense for me financially, I decided to cancel my policy. What disappointed me was that I was charged a $75 cancellation fee even though I had been a customer for a year and had just renewed my policy. Overall, my experience was mixed — the service was fine initially, but the lack of flexibility when I moved and the cancellation fee were frustrating.

It was a fast and easy process. It was a bit challenging to locate a final copy of my policy on the website to download and send to landlord.
