I didn't like the Apollo Insurance method of signing up for Insurance. There was no way of seeing what all the costs were going to be before agreeing to pay for the Insurance. I paid too much for what I was sold.

WARNING! Check your tenants policy VERY carefully, especially if you're renewing and you think you may want to move out within the next year. Their cancellation withholding and other fees are exorbitant.
