Sure easy to get quotes online and pay them! and it sure used to be great at customer service too. My recent interaction with them was horribly bad. They kept sending weird policy change emails to me for the past week with wrong information (like wrong type of insurance even) + a 20% price hike out of nowhere. I tried to call them thinking it's as easy as before but their new phone system is awful and impossible to get through. The portal they have is also useless and impossible to login too - wants a code that is supposed to be sent to our email and it just never comes. So not able to login there either. The person I talked to finally after 20 minutes waiting was sooo uninterested to even know what the problem was. She just said I am not the person responsible for your policy!! I thought I bought insurance from a company not a person! how should it be my problem ?? I wasn't even claiming anything by the way. At this point I have no trust in Apollo's operation anymore. I will have to change the insurance as soon as possible to save myself from possible disaster. Simple logic : if they are so bad when I am giving them free money imagine how it would be when I actually might need their service. It's very unfortunate because I used to like their customer service a lot and yet it is exactly what they so badly failed at.
