Policy was super easy to bind online, I love the flexible limits and everything was straightforward. I haven't had to use it yet and hopefully never will need to but so far so good! If I ever make a claim I will update this review.

Worst company I`ve ever seen. They added second policy without my agreement. My monthly payment was 33$, but now they want to charge me 231$ and I have no idea why. Thank you for ruined day. I canceled 1 of 2, but there is a problem with second. I can`t choose cancelation date to cancel it. Nice.

The online tenants insurance estimate, and process was very user friendly and easy for me (in my sixties) to navigate.. the prices were very reasonable and easy to read descriptions of options. Thanks for one less issue to worry about. Took less than 10 minutes from start to finish the process of purchasing insurance.
