I would have given zero stars but it wouldn't let me .. I woke up to a great surprise.. an email that was a finial notice after 3 months of non payment .. in order to get a finial notice there should have been notice stating a payment never went through... problem on thier end but yet makes no effort it resolve...the excuse was oh there was a problem with the automatic system ...well then sounds like you problem... 3 months and then stick me with the total bill ... so unprofessional..

Service is good. However, as it is insurance for student housing it would be nice if the coverage period matched the school housing period. Instead we have to pay a full year when a student will be leaving in May.
