I originally gave Apollo one star!! mainly because I couldn't fix a problem on line using their links, or by using their chat system. So, I endeavoured to try emailing their sales member who had emailed me. Kim, senior sales associate responded quickly and after asking me what my problem was and taking information to fix it, she did just that! She was very professional and quick to fix the problem and also to apologize for the confusion and for my frustration in trying to do it on line. I still think they should improve the system for editing in some areas, but overall, their process is very easy to negotiate and gives you insurance coverage in no time at all. Their prices too were the best I found after calling a few other companies for quotes. Thanks again, Kim for fixing my problem and diffusing my frustration! Linda

I spoke to Jessica to begin my claim and she was amazing to deal with. It’s all gone down hill from there. It’s been almost 2 weeks and no one has gotten back to me about my claim. Numerous emails, calls, voicemails and still no one has got back to me and I left with all of these bills to pay.

Apollo Insurance was so easy to set up. I am not a patient guy when using my phone or a computer. Apollo was fast. Plus a 10% discount which is Great. I highly recommend Apollo to anyone looking for a great place to live. Well done Apollo.

Making the policy was easy online. However, my landlord asked me to add my husband to it. I didn’t do this initially because it says family members are automatically covered. Then things go sideways! The entire website is autogenerated and you cannot ask your own question on their chat. You cannot book a telephone call. I’ve tried. Any correspondence to a sales rep is auto replied to. Totally frustrated that a simple change that they suggest is easy is impossible If you (Apollo) person who reads this could respond to me that would be fantastic!! Otherwise, anyone out there who’s thinking of initiating a policy please get your ducks in a row first so you don’t have to make changes. I think they’re cheaper for a reason!! They’re not real!
