I would highly recommend dealing with Moshin at Apollo Cover for tenant’s insurance. He was not only quick to respond and provide options for my situation, but also made the process of cancelling my auto-renewal a hassle-free process. I’d go through Apollo Cover for tenant’s insurance again just for the customer service experience alone!

They just renewed the insurance without my consent. They sent me an email which I have not seen and assumed I wanted to extend by another year. After renewal, the premium went up. When I cancelled, they said its mid year and charged me additional cancellation fee. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic customer service. Trying to find insurance for my Personal Training business has been an absolute nightmare. Luckily I came across Apollo, and even though I had some trouble with the website in having my address as a pop up option, when I called in to get it sorted, they helped me within 20 minutes and got me my coverage for that same day. Highly recommend as they also cover online training and outside/at clients homes.
