Hello, I am using Apollo Insurance for the first time and have encountered a few issues that have caused me concern: 1. When registering on the website, the start date of my rental agreement is not requested. For example, my rental contract starts on September 1st, but the insurance start date is incorrectly set to August 18th, and I have not been able to correct it. 2. There is no phone support listed on the website, and the chat option is only with a bot, which is not suitable for resolving these issues. Please look into these matters, and if possible, guide me on how to correct the insurance start date and complete the registration process. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards,
