DO NOT use this insurance company. They are very sneaky and unprofessional. I tried to cancel my new policy before it started because I found a cheaper rate. I went on my online account and tried to cancel. The system would not let me cancel before it started and I kept getting error messages. They try and force you to cancel after your policy starts so they can nail you with a cancellation fee. They wanted over $100 to cancel a policy before it started. What a disgusting practice. I went on chat to see what was up with all this nonsense, and the agent told me I had a credit balance, and it would only be $25 to cancel. What complete joke. If, I didn't follow up on chat, these scammers would have charged me over $100. Don't use or trust them. Typical insurance company...
