You are fraudulent companies. Your contract doesn't mention paying extra money for delays. My bank account has money in it, and I've already paid you, but the AI system is still stuck on the old one. It hasn't done anything for the fishore.co company I researched. That's what happened.You must contact me immediately because you are scammers and fraudsters. I will not pay a $40 late fee; this is not in the contract, and the payment was made for $25. I will file a complaint against your company because it is not stated in the contract I signed that I will pay extra for the delay.The reason for the delay is that I don't know how to enter the new card number because my bank account was hacked, and I filed a lawsuit against the thief. The card was changed, and I don't know that I should enter the new card number. This is my number; please call me. I will only pay $25; this is what is written in my contract.

Very disappointed. Horrible customer service. Despite several e-mails, phone calls, etc. I haven't been able to find anyone who would help me with something as simple as adding someone to my insurance. I am not going to renew.

Have been with them for 5 year. Excellent customer service until I decided to switch since they don't offer auto insurance where things got messy until I spoke to Brienne Doyle who did an amazing job resolving it.
