UPDATE- I will revise my stars from 2 to 5 now. As Minny Sandhu got back to me and sorted out my query. Only wish the response time could be the same day. Previous- I was impressed by the easiness of getting a basic quote online but it just stops at that. You would not be contacted back if you have any query on the quote/ need explanation or need human touch.

I searched all over for a decently priced tenant insurance and was thrilled when I found Apollo. Their quote was literally half the price of the other places I checked out and the service was super easy to use, I had a rep call me back to clarify a few things I couldn't see online. Glad I chose this service so far

Our small business needed commercial liability insurance and I have spent a few weeks on the phone talking to brokers and waiting days for responses, but today we tried APOLLO and in the same day we had a policy with more coverage than we were looking for at a much better rate than I was expecting. This came in just in time, we needed this by Monday and it's Saturday. I didn't have a lot of hope that we would make our market but we are set and I am so relieved. Thank you APOLLO and thank you Trent! This is the break we needed!

First time buying insurance on-line. Very comprehensive and fast site. While I was yet busy on the site the first time, I received a phone call from a representative asking if I had any questions - talk about fast! Unfortunately when I did have a few questions, I could not get a call back from that rep despite emailing, texting and telephoning. So that part of the service could stand improvement, obviously. The policy itself was competitive and complete. Hopefully service for any eventual claim will also be fast and complete!
