It was quite user friendly to navigate the quote for tenant insurance. Easily manage the payment system and the pricing was manageable. However, the proof with any insurance company is how they manage a claim. Hopefully I won't have to find out! Pricing was very competitive and suggest checking them out if seeking tenant insurance!

My policy was to start April 1st, I made the first payment and setup the day I wanted my payment to come out on and they took that in March, when policy hasn't started yet. Apparently your policy and payments are separate. Even though I don't live at the address yet, I still have to pay for insurance when I move in April 1st. This doesn't seem right. I have talked with other insurance companies and they also say this isn't right. Other then my first payment nothing should come out of my account until my policy start, which would have been April 1st. What your company is doing is wrong and taking advantage of people. I canceled my policy and will make sure anyone I know who needs insurance doesn't go with your company
