Dealing with Apollo Insurance has been a nightmare. One of their policyholders hit the back of my car and I have clear photos and his insurance info, yet it took months for Apollo to respond. I even had to get my own insurance involved just to get them to acknowledge the claim. And after all that, they still rejected it, basically ignoring the fact that their driver hit my car. In my experience, they’ve been slow, careless, and completely unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

If there were an option for ZERO stars, I would choose it without hesitation. I had Apollo tenant insurance for about two years, and everything was just acceptable—until I moved to another province. Since then, it has been an absolute nightmare. Not a single employee was able to properly update my address. As a result, they have been charging me for over three months on TWO separate policies: one for my old apartment and one for my current residence. They kept sending me form after form to sign, and every time I did, they came back asking for yet another form. The worst part? Their final request was asking me to provide proof of move-out just to cancel my previous policy. That is completely unreasonable and, frankly, outrageous. Yes, their plans may look affordable, but you get zero value and zero customer support in return. You end up wasting time, energy, and money fixing their incompetence. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money with this company. Choose an insurance provider that actually cares about its customers and respects their time and finances

Worst insurance company ever. After I moved to a new location, they continued charging me for months even though I repeatedly asked them to update my address. On top of that, they demanded proof of my move just to cancel my policy — completely unreasonable. Even after canceling the plan, they still charged me more money only for cancellation. This company is absolutely corrupt and intentionally misleading. There is zero customer service and they are clearly only interested in taking your money. Do not trust them. Stay far away.
