Your site is not easy to navigate after signing up. Signing up is very easy. Locating the URL to send to tenants is easy but logging in by using landlord access is really not user friendly.

I’m very disappointed with the service at Apollo Insurance. Their customer team really misses the mark when it comes to proactive communication. My refund has been sitting as "pending," and if I hadn't reached out to message them myself today, I would never have known there was an issue. If they had told me what was going on earlier, I wouldn’t have had to waste my time chasing them down. It’s not great service when the customer has to do the legwork just to get an update on their own money. I expected much better.
