DO NOT USE APOLLO INSURANCE! I have been charged monthly by Apollo Insurance on my AMEX since August of last year for a service I never knowingly signed up for. When I tried logging into their website, they had no record of my email or my name. I called their support team to get answers, and they were unable to find my account or the transactions in their system — yet they are still charging my credit card. I even sent them my credit card statements clearly showing their company name and the recurring charges. Despite providing proof, they still claim they cannot find anything on their end and are refusing to issue a refund. So to summarize: they’re billing me every month, have no record of me as a customer, and won’t take responsibility even after being shown the charges. This is extremely concerning and unprofessional. If you’re considering using this company, monitor your statements carefully.

Apollo Insurance was super easy to apply on their website. Once you have an account, everything is right at the tip of your fingers, from details, to a certificate to send to anyone who needs a copy that you're insured. I love how you can choose what you want for insurance and it has descriptions in case you're not sure what one choice means and all prices written with each choices! Whatever you click for insurance, it calculates them for you and it was accurate. Affordable as well!!! Highly recommend them!
