This was an extremely easy process, with prompt response times and a very straight forward online quote process. I compared our current home insurance with 3 different companies I found online. Apollo's quotes, with respect to coverage, was the closest to the coverage we had with the insurance company we had been with for over 30 yrs. The only reason I was looking for new home insurance was due to cost. I've saved over $400/mth switching to Apollo. They have positive reviews online. Would definitely recommend checking them out. This is definitely "hassle free" and very easy to use. Travis was pleasant to deal with and continued to keep in touch while I was completing a cost comparison, but not pushy. Thank you again Travis.

This process was very smooth, all online and efficient. I shopped around and it was the least expensive, a double bonus. 2023 Now it is 2025, my policy came up for renewal and it was 20% higher than 2024. In 2024, I opened a claim however did not complete it, after calculating costs, it was not worth it and no monies were received. I inquired as to why the $ increase and was told: "We do have to take the "claim" into consideration even though it was taken back since it does increase the theft/ risk factor in the area." So just by inquiring about an insurance claim, my premium increased. Very unfair, very poor business. After 4 yrs as a customer, I quit Apollo
