I am impressed that my call was answered right away. Kim at Apollo is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly & accommodating. She really knows what she’s doing & truly cared about helping me, as my situation (I had issues with another insurance company) was a bit complicated & challenging, yet Kim looked after my insurance needs & I’m SO glad that I’m now an Apollo client! Absolutely recommend Kim & Apollo Insurance!

Update: two months to process my cancellation, and not they want to charge me for the two months it took them to cancel. Steer clear, they're nice until you actually need something. Over a month and my cancellation is "still in progress", with minimal communication. Save yourself the hassle, go with BCAA
