Terrible customer service. Adjuster don't provide phone numbers for contact. Submitted a claim over 2 weeks ago and have had no contact since. Very disappointed. Why pay for a service that isn't supportive. A week later they still won't give me the number to my adjuster. I put a claim in over 3 weeks ago now. How hard is to get approved for a hotel stay when I won't have access to my bathroom well renovations happen.

This review is for my PURCHASING experience, which was great! Shelley was proactive in following up, she answered all my questions cheerfully. I found her grounded and real. I trusted her. the online platform is very user-friendly. Signing up for insurance was pretty painless. NOW, we'll see how the servicing is. Of course, you always buy insurance hoping you never need it. Here's hoping! But if I do, I sincerely hope the claims dept is as caring and efficient as Shelley was.
