Why ask me to leave a review, I purchased insurance and received all confirmation emails. After that I want to update, called company always no one take the phone, then I called head office, one customer service talked to me and send new policy to wrong email address, all my information is on their file, and looks the company doesn’t have my information, we talk 30mins the customer service doesn’t know who am I, my personal information went to another’s email. She verified all information why still incorrect.
