I was very dissatisfied with the service. I was paying $18 a month for a two-bedroom apartment, compared to $23 a month for a one-bedroom apartment. What's the logic behind this? What's your calculation based on?

Cancelled my policy after payment was TWO DAYS late with no warning of cancellation. Charged a $75 fee for "collections". No one can't point me to where either of these terms are written in any policy. The company is completely ghosting me. Now I don't qualify for new coverage with any other company because of "non-payment". This over a TWENTY-FIVE DOLLAR MONTHLY POLICY. I've been paying on time for over two years now, you would think keeping a reliably paying customer would be less risky for an insurance company- to give them even a remote chance to still make the payment. Clearly this company does not value customer service at all. I have been trying to get anyone to contact me and nothing. Absolutely would not recommend this company. This is the company that by default the property managers who run mine and many other properties in Ontario recommend by default, and I've let them know too how they treat their customers. In these very trying financial times, Apollo wins least understanding company. Avoid, avoid avoid. Judging by their other reviews, non-disclosed polices seem to be their thing. This company needs to be investigated for their business 'practices'.
