I had a few problems with my renewal and Kim Boucher helped me out. It only took a few minutes. I also needed a report for the mall owners. I sent her a copy and she issued one for me in just a few minutes. I am very impressed. She didn't leave me and go help someone else. She stuck with me and helped with all my questions and requests.
