WARNING! Check your tenants policy VERY carefully, especially if you're renewing and you think you may want to move out within the next year. Their cancellation withholding and other fees are exorbitant.

I do apologise for the late feedback for Apollo. Busy with things, but I wanted to say that I'm happy that I have continued with them. Even if I have emailed them regarding if I can continued to use their tenant insurance and help me. But, it was an easy process to do online. And I don't know if I should mention their name here but Ms. Kim has helped me and was very patience with me and even help me to cancel my old policy insurance. I appreciate the thought and time to email me as fast as they can. I hope things can be smooth running in the near future. Thank you once again.

I was looking for another tenant insurance company for a few days and even though I had done a quote online, I wanted to talk to someone in person and couldn't find a phone number at all. I had to ask the robot chat box. When I finally called, I spoke with a nice lady named Ina. She was very helpful and respectful which is rare to find these days. Quote was reasonable and lower than other companies. I'm happy I found them. Thanks Ina!!
