One of the worst insurance providers in Toronto/Ontario... The claim services are slow. The customer care team is very late to respond and they charge an extra cancellation which isnt disclosed in the documentation but written in fine lines in terms and conditions. I wouldnt suggest taking a Tenant insurance coverage or any type from them in future!
