Wanted to amend the date range of my tenant policy as the platform had automatically changed it to today's date when instead I wanted a later date. Got in touch with customer support, and Desh helped me out through the entire process by cancelling my current policy and issuing a new one. He was super quick, polite and didn't waste any time.
