It's the best service provider. We have always received proactive responses and alerts from Apollo. Highly recommended to everyone and it's reasonable in terms of quotes as compared to other ones. Hope they start auto insurance as well.

Somehow got my credit card information to charge the next year even though my card had expired (possibly from Stripe; their payments processor illegally giving them this information) and customer support prematurely ended chats/calls.

I like how you guys automatically renew the policy, that way when we have to cancel, we get destroyed in fees. When we we're deciding to put this in, did you ask yourself: will this benefit the customers we serve or the shareholders we truly care about?

Really easy to customize and purchase insurance. The process is clear and easy to follow. The company also seems to have high ratings. I haven’t made a claim yet but will update if I must.
