I am having the worst experience with APOLLO insurance. I emailed them to change my insurance and they did not respond within a day. After talking to my landlords, they accepted my current insurance and I sent an email to APOLLO insurance with the subject "Keeping Spouse on Insurance." They responded to that email with a change in my policy removing my spouse from my insurance and charging me 200+ dollars. I've tried calling them and they are not responding. I'm hoping they refund me and change my policy back as this is completely a mistake on their part. They've also decided to change the dates my insurance is effective on one month after I need it on their own accord.

Can never get a hold of them they don’t answer, haven’t heard back about my claim the only things I can say is it’s easy and quick to obtain. Other than that really annoying to deal with people that don’t get back to you but you pay for their services
