I needed a CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE for my new Customer and i called the number to ask how to get it. Luckily for me Brittany Lightheart picked it up on the other side of the line and took a care of it in no time. Somehow got my credit card information to charge the next year even though my card had expired (possibly from Stripe; their payments processor illegally giving them this information) and customer support prematurely ended chats/calls.
