I advised 12 Jan 2026 . Suppose that is confirmed the cancellation. 2026 Feb 7 I discovered another email from CS staff which has been replied three hours later (20Jan 2026) and told me **no backdate of cancellation **. Between 20Jan 2026 to 6Feb, no follow up email again....until I discovered the email sent on 20 Jan 2026 late afternoon. [Easy to buy insurance, but difficult to cancel it. If u cancel it, u need to back and for email several time an waste your time and money like me. My tenant insurance covered 5 months , but my refund is less than half (maybe be 1/3 of money refund to my pocket in final)

Worst company I`ve ever seen. They added second policy without my agreement. My monthly payment was 33$, but now they want to charge me 231$ and I have no idea why. Thank you for ruined day. I canceled 1 of 2, but there is a problem with second. I can`t choose cancelation date to cancel it. Nice.

The online tenants insurance estimate, and process was very user friendly and easy for me (in my sixties) to navigate.. the prices were very reasonable and easy to read descriptions of options. Thanks for one less issue to worry about. Took less than 10 minutes from start to finish the process of purchasing insurance.
