Apollo insurance employees are easy to reach! What I like most is that I can still phone up and get instant service that is genuine and talk to a real person! In today’s world to be able to still have human contact and vulnerability is a Big deal to me! Every interaction has been a very good experience! I would recommend Apollo insurance to anyone! Insurance went up 18% after one year with Apollo as they “no longer offer” the online discount and increased fees from prior year (I.e.: the premium itself is not increasing, just their service charges). Felt like a bait and switch tactic to get me to switch insurance brokers and I won’t be using Apollo again. Customer service was not helpful.
