You did NOT live up to my expectations. You charged my credit card for the entire year without once sending me an invoice. This is a complete violation of terms of the agreement. You STILL have not sent me an invoice. I would like to cancel my policy with you now. But you won't refund the excess you've charged me. That's pathetic.

Easy and smooth process. Best price you can get for the tenant insurance in the market. Only issue I had was at the time of cancelling the tenant policy. I was not able to reach out to their customer service team. After get in touch with them after several attempts, they took care of my request in a professional manner.
