I could give zero if there is option so, Worst service i have ever seen, they automatically debit our money from card and no response get from service though you follow up over email or calls They do not care about service, very first time customer team would pick the phone and say that we can't see your transaction and will call you back in couple of days once we have data but they never call you, incase if you call them after couple of days they would hang up the call Be careful......

When I received my business insurance renewal, I called the number on the invoice to inform then I would be renewing, called 3 time, waited on average 12-14 minutes, no answer, only to told by recording to leave a message. Never got a call back. Now they claim they have no record of my call, even after I provide phone records.

[WARNING FOR BROKERS WHO REQUEST QUOTES FROM APOLLO] For brokers, using Apollo can lead to them reaching out to your clients. We submitted a quote on Apollo's platform previously, and Apollo directly reached out to my client, offering a different solution without even consulting with us. Apollo simply bypassed the broker. This is not a very ethical business practice. I have never seen other MGAs do that, unlike SRIM, Premier, Cansure, etc.

I give Apollo 5 gold stars because they take the time to contact me to see how I am doing, also because my friend had a terrible situation happen to her suite. Good thing she was with Apollo insurance who quickly came to look at the situation, evaluate it and give my friend the relief she needed to hear. So if your looking for a tenant insurance company look no further then Apollo Insurance
