Apollo insurance is awful. Incredibly poor customer service and very unprofessional. They go days without answering emails and do not get back to you in a timely matter. I think I emailed 4 different people and got one answer in 4 days. I’ve had a policy with Apollo for over a year now for tenant insurance, and once I had updated a new credit card to my file for auto payments they weren’t coming out and had missed payments that I was NOT notified about. Now, I am forced to pay out the remainder of my policy! This makes absolutely no sense and almost feels like a trap to get you to pay your policy in full. If a payment is missed once I should be notified immediately! I searched everywhere in my terms and agreements about what happens with you miss a payment and I couldn’t find a single thing! Absolute robbery do not recommend this company to anyone.

I obtained an online quote and immediately within less than an hour was contacted by Travis Peters at Apollo. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and I was able to secure insurance for my business right away! Excellent customer service. I am also very impressed with the online quoting as it was so easy, efficient and provided me the right coverage that I need at the right price! I didn't feel that there was anything lacking and hidden from me. Thank you Apollo and thank you Travis for helping me!

I called and spoke with Tara Tolmie. we did everything over the phone and it did not take time at all. she was polite and professional. She explained the policy to me, and she also suggested the best one for me. I am very satisfied with the service provided with Apollo Insurance.

I've had an absolutely horrendous experience with Apollo. I used them for an engineering consulting company that I formed in July 2022. About 7 months in, early in 2023, I had to shut the business down. I reached out to Apollo to cancel my insurance. They charged me 2 more premium payments after I cancelled. I discovered my Apollo rep was no longer with the company. They admitted that the payments were made in error and now I've been trying to get a refund for the two erroneous charges. They have been nearly impossible to reach and have not answered a single email to update me since May 8. They have blamed the financing company for the inappropriate charges and have taken absolutely zero accountability in rectifying the problem for me. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING APOLLO INSURANCE. Their customer service is atrocious and their commitment to customer satisfaction is non-existent. With so many options out there, I would urge people to make sure they are getting an insurance provider who will actually work to keep you happy.
