I had a chance to talk to the account manager, Kathleen Kelly regarding to my existing policy, everything went professionally and smoothly. When it comes to insurance, I am hesitant to call all the time since it takes a long time to get to result, but this was so quick and easy, good job! They also have pretty compatible house insurance price/premium rates, recommended!
