The cancellation policy is extremely unfair. 1- They will charge you; getting a refund is impossible. 2- Even after someone else takes over the lease and does the insurance with them, they continue charging your credit card. After spending an hour talking to their support team, the only option left for me is to share my experience here so others can consider choosing a better service.
