Have to fight to get access to your account. They continue to bill you even after you cancel. Then bill you to cancel.

I’m a little disappointed as I had the funds for my late fee but the new card I added did not work ! :( I’m very thankful to pay the cancellation fee and be allowed a new policy but I’m a little upset as I have learning and mental issues .. I did have the payment but thank you so much for insurance again.. there is no way to communicate when I need help

Great rates and great customer service! APOLLO gave me a better price than all other companies that I explored, including a company that offered me a discount in partnership with my employer. Even with that discount, APOLLO's rate was way better. I have recommended them to other friends/family members and they have all said that they got the best rate from here. I have had questions and reached out via email, with an agent getting back to me promptly and explaining to me very clearly. Highly recommend!!
