Ease of access for a quote and great rates. Additional comments, customer service isn't that great and as a new customer, I got double billed for a one time date change after it already came out and I'm expected to pay it again. I will most likely reconsider renewing in the year due to this issue that I did not get any proper assistance and the directions were not clear or very well hidden.
