Well, the online process to get a quote from Apollo insurance was easy enough and cheaper than other quotes I received from other insurance companies. I like that they allowed paying monthly too.

Apollo was recommended to me by the management of the apartment building I will be moving into. I compared Apollo's rate to my current insurance company's rate, and it was significantly better.

My experience with Apollo Insurance was very disappointing. During my first year, everything was fine. However, in the second year, my policy was automatically renewed without my consent, and monthly payments started being deducted from my credit card. The premium was also increased by about $2 without any prior discussion with me. When I contacted them to cancel the policy because I had moved to my family's place and no longer needed it, I was told I had to pay an additional cancellation fee according to their terms and conditions. I submitted a complaint and waited for a resolution, but I never received a satisfactory response. To make matters worse, they deducted another monthly payment from my account. I emailed them again, but I still haven't received any response. In the end, I had no option but to pay extra money just to cancel the policy. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and handling of my complaint were extremely frustrating. I would not recommend Apollo Insurance based on my experience.
