Excellent customer service until I decided to switch since they don't offer auto insurance where things got messy until I spoke to Brienne Doyle who did an amazing job resolving it. After looking for tenant insurance for a few days for our rent to own apartment having to name the developer in the insurance Apollo was able to make it happen. Brienne from customer service was amazing to connect with. She was very patient and responsive.

Pooja resolved the issue that I was dealing with, she was quick with the information and helped me understand what I needed. Assisted me with the issue and we found a quick resolution. I cannot say that was the case for her coworkers I spoke to before in other occasions. I would not recommend Apollo as your insurance provider, but Pooja went above and beyond and they are lucky to have her.

When i was shopping around for insurance during the holiday season, Kim Boucher was the first to respond and offered the help/advice to what I needed. I really appreciated it.
