I’m a little disappointed as I had the funds for my late fee but the new card I added did not work ! :( I’m very thankful to pay the cancellation fee and be allowed a new policy but I’m a little upset as I have learning and mental issues .. I did have the payment but thank you so much for insurance again.. there is no way to communicate when I need help

Feel like I got scammed. My partner and I put in all the correct information to get a quote for a lower cost on insurance than a competitor. After confirming and signing up, we were made aware that the quote we were given was misleading as the liability policy was changed without our knowing to the lowest option. We had to go in ourselves and change the liability settings, only for the insurance charge to increase greatly. I wish there was more transparency from Apollo

I had a great experience with Kim, an Insurance Advisor. She was helpful and very responsive and have updated my policy quickly.

We recently set up a tenant policy for my daughter. Admittedly, we made an error on the policy start date, indicating the application date as the start date, instead of indicating the start date as the first day of the next month (her possession date). While the representative we spoke to was polite, the charges and processes were excessive and clumsy. We were informed that the dates couldn’t simply be altered to reflect the dates of the lease, but rather we had to cancel the initial incorrect policy, get a prorated refund, incur a penalty and take out a new policy. This small accounting error ended up costing over $50 on a policy that initially cost only $270. I feel that goodwill should count for something and that the penalty was excessive given that we committed to a new one year policy with the company that same day.
