Dealing with Apollo Insurance has been a nightmare. One of their policyholders hit the back of my car and I have clear photos and his insurance info, yet it took months for Apollo to respond. I even had to get my own insurance involved just to get them to acknowledge the claim. And after all that, they still rejected it, basically ignoring the fact that their driver hit my car. In my experience, they’ve been slow, careless, and completely unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Worst insurance company ever. After I moved to a new location, they continued charging me for months even though I repeatedly asked them to update my address. On top of that, they demanded proof of my move just to cancel my policy — completely unreasonable. Even after canceling the plan, they still charged me more money only for cancellation. This company is absolutely corrupt and intentionally misleading. There is zero customer service and they are clearly only interested in taking your money. Do not trust them. Stay far away.
