I lost my job as a personal trainer due to the COVID lockdowns in British Columbia. When I asked Apollo Insurance if they could help me out by either putting my insurance on a pause, or just helping me cancel altogether, they were not very helpful and were not understanding my situation. Now I am paying for insurance that I'm not even using because the government took my job away... Upsetting.

I just move in to Canada and I had no idea what to do to hire this kind of insurance services. The administrator gave me the Apollo contact and everything was easy and fast, and the cost is great

I can't say much other than I am going on my second payment with the company and I have yet to hear from anyone or get my policy in the mail to review which is what I have asked for in several emails. I cannot review the policy properly on my cell because it is too small. I did receive a text and replied back and was told within a week I would hear from someone which is not quite what I am asking for because I just want my policy in the mail not to spend time on the phone. This was a week before Christmas and now Christmas has come and gone and was told tomorrow or the next day I should hear from someone and I do hope someone does contact me just so I can repeat the same thing I've been saying in my emails and in my texts that I want a paper copy of my policy!
