Jenelle was awesome, she contacted me after I got the quote, and touched base with me again to see if I had any questions. She set up the payment plan and then checked again to make sure I was satisfied with the policy. I shouldn’t say this in case they raise the price, but it was much less than half of other quotes for the same coverage from other companies.

Easy to follow instructions. Prompt follow-up. All questions answered by a human being. Very thorough follow-up written documentation. Excellent service for those who prefer one-on-one communication as opposed to going through a lot of menu options on a phone or on the internet.
