Just got my insurance from Apollo. It was quite simple and easy, and Jenelle was able to answer many of my questions. To be honest, I probably wouldn't have gone with them had they not called. She was able to change some of the coverage on her end and send me the updated quote.

I'm very happy with Apollo and agent Jenelle Carto. The price is much better than what I was paying before for the same condo insurance. You buy the insurance online but Jenelle or another agent will quickly answer questions by phone or email.
