Recently leased a proprty and needed insurance. Alot going on with setting up utilities payments etc. Insurance seemed like it would be a pain but not so. Called Apollo insurance and was connected to Kristen Elmore immediately. Service was excellent and I was looked after quickly and efficiently. Best part of transaction was the pleasant human interaction that now adays is rare as digital with no human interaction seems to be the norm Thank you Kristen Andrew

Impressive! I was in the middle of submitting a quote request online for special event insurance and was unsure how to properly answer one of the questions. So, I initiated a live chat. While I was waiting for a response, I was pro-actively called by Tara (I'd entered my phone number in an earlier step of the quote application) asking if she could help me. She was very helpful, completed the quote with me, then enabled me to purchase the insurance. Within a few minutes, I'd received the quote, purchased the insurance, and received the policy and certificate in my inbox. Thanks, Tara!

So far my only experience has been with paying my premiums. Customer service has been excellent, my sole concern is the annual renewal where in the past insurance companies up the premium by 10% with a standard BS reply as to why. We live in 545 square feet, what we have insured is what we own, we can't accumulate more so why keep increasing the premiums?? You'll have a client for life apollo if we can make it through our anniversary together :)
