They are amazing, with the discount I got with promotion, I am happy right now and feel secured. Their plan is close enough to an BCAA's standard plan. Jenelle Carto is a good representitive and she is super patient with me asking same questions over and over again. Overall, I would recomend this service provider.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Apollo Insurance. This company works as a SCAM. I purchased insurance for $891.28. I dealt with sales rep Tara Tolmie. After this I received an email from Ina Lee saying that for some unclear reason my insurance was denied. Both representatives did not pick up their phone. Eventually got a hold of Ina Lee. Her explanation did not make any sense why I was denied so I simply asked for a refund. I had to submit a form for this. Eventually she told me the refund was processed for $607.50 and that they applied a 25% minimum retained premium and all fees are non-refundable. Again tried to call Tina, did not pick up. This company works as a scam, they approve you, take your money and then inform you they won't insure you. After that you only get 75% of your money back. They should be ashamed of themselves. UPDATE: Someone reached out without giving any viable solution. DOUBLE BAD experience.
