Got a policy with them and had to cancel it immediately (before the coverage actually started because it was supposed to start the day after) since it didn't have my wife's information, which my landlord also requested. Received an email saying that cancelling involved paying extra, to which I asked for explanations. Never received an answer. I wrote an email to weeks later because the policy hadn't been cancelled, never answered. By now, I have already been charged for two months and when I try to cancel the policy on the page, it says that I have to pay even more to leave! Keep away!
