Tara T, Commercial Insurance Advisor, was so lovely to speak with and made the whole experience a breeze. Not only were Apollo able to give me a reasonable quote, Tara gave me time to think about it and arranged a phone call to see if I would like to adjust my quote based on my thoughts/research of what I felt I needed. Of the 4 companies I spoke with, Tara at Apollo was the only one to email me personally and then pick up the phone to see if I needed help but she was also friendly and had a real human touch which I honestly didn't get with the others. She spent some time explaining what my old policy offered and what I should change based on my business needs. Great service and value. Thank you!

My husband and I hired an insurance plan requested by rental agreement. And they made a mistake not including me. Rental company wasn't accepting this insurance contract and we requested from Apollo correct that mistake or cancel the insurance plan. They didn't add me to insurance plan, wasn't answering phone. So we requested cancelation of the plan. Apollo is not canceling it and still charges us.

I did a comparison shop and this was not only a good deal but the service was very professional. WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL! After paying my yearly bill within days I was hounded by 5% then a few days later a 10% discount. Now that makes you feel good, NOT!

By far the easiest online experience I had. I had my doubts because the process was so quick, I had to call. When I did I spoke with Paul Stewart and he reassured me that everything is ok and that it really does take about 30secs once you pay for the policy to be emailed to you. So I made the payment and what do you know 30ecs later I had my policy. Best online experience ever!!!
