I would strongly recommend avoiding any contracts with Apollo Insurance, based on the high cancelation rate I've personally faced with them. I only used the tenant insurance for 20 days, and they charged me about $150 CAD. The total amount of the contract was about $450. If you are considering this company, I strongly advise against it. My experience with #ApolloInsurance has been extremely disappointing. (0-Star)

Jenna from Apollo insurance made my whole home insurance coverage experience. Very good. She was very enthusiastic, very friendly and her professionalism about her work and the passion she demonstrated about taking the time to listen and going beyond the customer service expectations. I am very impressed and thankful we still have people like Jenna that really make a difference in the insurance industry and outstanding customer service care.
