When I made the purchase, the customer service never said that I had to sign a one-year contract. They only said that I could purchase on a monthly basis. When I cancelled it after 6 months, they charged a considerable penalty. very angry！

I had a pleasure dealing with Apollo insursnce online. Their interface was very easy to use and understand. Their online messenger system proved to be so helpful. I had an issue that could not be resolved with my usual bank, but when I came to Apollo, my issue was resolved within 5 minutes. I am very happy with my experience and my new tenant insurance policy!!! Will recommend for anyone!
