Been with Apollo for two years didn’t have a single issue till they started working with finshore capital ( owed by Apollo according to the email with no heads up that they started this company and would affect my payments) I got a bill for the entire year instead of monthly payments so I called and talked to Ankush who insured me that it was a over site and only my monthly payments would be charged to me. Well that was not the case not only did they send the bill but the SAME DAY the money for the entire year was taken from my account when it wasn’t due till the first of March. Pretty sure that’s not legal. So thank you for the HUGE headache over a long weekend. So beware I canceled my policy as the people working there can’t even give you the correct information.
