I have a huge problem. The quote I was given for renters insurance was quoted at 400$ and change. That's the amount I had sent in for my annual insurance payment. But I receipt says Only 290$ was paid via credit card. I don't own a.cresit card I used a visa debit TD bank card. So... I wasn't happy,accept they took out my money from my bank, when I never said I would accept their quote!! I've written Apollo asking for my refund 3 times,, no One has answered me. And they haven't refunded my money..!!!!
