Have to fight to get access to your account. They continue to bill you even after you cancel. Then bill you to cancel.

I’m a little disappointed as I had the funds for my late fee but the new card I added did not work ! :( I’m very thankful to pay the cancellation fee and be allowed a new policy but I’m a little upset as I have learning and mental issues .. I did have the payment but thank you so much for insurance again.. there is no way to communicate when I need help
