I am extremely dissatisfied with Apollo Insurance. For several months, I have been charged twice each month without my consent or prior notification. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service via email and phone, I have received no response or resolution. This level of negligence is unacceptable. I do not recommend their services to anyone.
