Update: Documents were received after a 12hr delay and also a company rep contacted me with my documents so good on ya! Still no reason for delay with documents as I expected instant email so revising to 4 stars from 3 stars. Original: Great that I was able to complete online without a tedious phone call. However, I've still not received my policy document. I logged in and requested resend documents earlier today but still nothing. Please improve.

Apolo is the best cheaper by far. It's so fast and very easy to apply for renters insurance. I'm just minutes I was able to protect my home and family. I highly recommend Apollo to anyone.

Kim was great! The chat bot couldn't quite help, but Kim was right on the ball and answered my questions with minimum fuss and no sales pitching. She just got me the info I needed and was nice and polite. Excellent customer service. 10/10

I have a huge problem. The quote I was given for renters insurance was quoted at 400$ and change. That's the amount I had sent in for my annual insurance payment. But I receipt says Only 290$ was paid via credit card. I don't own a.cresit card I used a visa debit TD bank card. So...
