All went well. They answer their telephone & text messages quickly. It was about 2 months before our small flood restoration got fully resolved, and we got a final cheque for the repairs we hired out ourselves. Which was great, as I've heard it takes other insurance companies up to one year to pay out the invoices. The insurance adjusters they used were awesome, and gave us some great advice. ie: We did NOT need half our house torn down and rebuilt! I learnt a lot during this process, and I hope it never happens again. Tip: BUY WATER SENSORS!
