Elisha was professional and efficient. She helped me cancel my tenant insurance policy and set up a new one for my move to Ontario, all in one go. She waived the cancellation fee and handled everything without any back-and-forth. Fast response, no hassle exactly how it should be. Only wish Apollo had a car insurance as well. That would have been a great deal for me. Thank you guys once again.

The Optimistic Participant
Not so optimistic about Apollo BS!! Apollo Insurance operates under a thin veil of affordability while concealing egregiously punitive cancellation policies that border on predatory. They entice customers with lower premiums, but conveniently omit any disclosure—verbal or written—about the disproportionate cancellation penalties that increase the longer you remain insured with them. This practice is not only unethical but potentially violative of fair consumer disclosure standards. At no point during policy initiation was I advised of any cancellation fee, let alone a tiered penalty structure. It was only upon attempting to cancel that I was informed of the fee—after which I was told payment of this undisclosed penalty was a prerequisite to termination. This is a textbook example of bait-and-switch tactics. Worse still, when I rightfully disputed the charge, Apollo escalated the matter not through their own department, but via a shadowy affiliate—FinShore Financial—whose sole function appears to be intimidation. I received harassing communications threatening to send the matter to collections unless I paid the fee, regardless of its disputed nature or the lack of prior disclosure. This is not customer service—it is extortion. Stay away from Apollo Insurance unless you’re prepared to pay the true price—not just with your wallet, but with your credit score. I have retained screenshots, but google doesnt allow external uploads.
