This process was very smooth, all online and efficient. I shopped around and it was the least expensive, a double bonus. 2023 Now it is 2025, my policy came up for renewal and it was 20% higher than 2024. In 2024, I opened a claim however did not complete it, after calculating costs, it was not worth it and no monies were received. I inquired as to why the $ increase and was told: "We do have to take the "claim" into consideration even though it was taken back since it does increase the theft/ risk factor in the area." So just by inquiring about an insurance claim, my premium increased. Very unfair, very poor business. After 4 yrs as a customer, I quit Apollo

Just got my insurance registered with Travis, and have had a fantastic experience. Came to apollo after BCAA gave a quote with 10 hoops to jump through due to the age of our new home. We got nearly the same coverage from Apollo for 20% less, and with a much easier process. Though I haven't had to go through a claim with apollo (fingers crossed we stay that way!) The registering of our policy has been done painlessly and pleasently. Thanks Travis!
