Very unprofessional. This business sound more like a fraud and it’s not legit. I called so many times to resolve issues with them and no one would respond to call or emails. All I see is that there is a charge on my credit card and no service. I would not recommend them to anyone

This process was very smooth, all online and efficient. I shopped around and it was the least expensive, a double bonus. 2023 Now it is 2025, my policy came up for renewal and it was 20% higher than 2024. In 2024, I opened a claim however did not complete it, after calculating costs, it was not worth it and no monies were received. I inquired as to why the $ increase and was told: "We do have to take the "claim" into consideration even though it was taken back since it does increase the theft/ risk factor in the area." So just by inquiring about an insurance claim, my premium increased. Very unfair, very poor business. After 4 yrs as a customer, I quit Apollo
