Great working with Minny S. I wanted to buy the renter's insurance asap, and she called me immediately even as i was completing the online quote request (which was easy to do online). We spoke again after the weekend, she asked a few questions, and got me a good quote in less than 30min, paid, sent over, finished. Loved the speed and ease, and got good peace of mind that our family is ready to move to our new place in May.

Terrible customer service. Adjuster don't provide phone numbers for contact. Submitted a claim over 2 weeks ago and have had no contact since. Very disappointed. Why pay for a service that isn't supportive. A week later they still won't give me the number to my adjuster. I put a claim in over 3 weeks ago now. How hard is to get approved for a hotel stay when I won't have access to my bathroom well renovations happen.
