Impressive! I was in the middle of submitting a quote request online for special event insurance and was unsure how to properly answer one of the questions. So, I initiated a live chat. While I was waiting for a response, I was pro-actively called by Tara (I'd entered my phone number in an earlier step of the quote application) asking if she could help me. She was very helpful, completed the quote with me, then enabled me to purchase the insurance. Within a few minutes, I'd received the quote, purchased the insurance, and received the policy and certificate in my inbox. Thanks, Tara!
